Hello,
Paul McKenna has a book called 'I can make you thin' and comes with a hypnotic cd. Thousands of people have lost weight by this. Hypnosis works by changing old habits which might not now be so good and creating new more beneficial ones. The conscious rational mind is bypassed and suggestions made to the unconscious which is the seat of our habits etc.
