I want to try self-hypnosis to help with my sleeping (and stuff). Can anybody reccommend a website that doesn't charge me £15.99? or know where I can download some free scripts?
there are plenty of books about self hypnosis you can get and try yourself.

They do have some really weird stuff on there, but they also have a few free downloadable audio files to help with sleep. It's not the easiest website to tell which files are free and which aren't, but as a general rule if it has a dot next to the file and not a dollar sign and also doesn't have "premium" next to the title of the file (it may still have "premium" after the other versions of the file, e.g. script, binaural) then it's a free one.
There's some free sleep-related ones by the website owner and also by someone called Cardigan - both seem to be quite good.

There is free stuff here
However, I have to say I am very sceptical about the effectiveness of these techniques (I am a trained hypnotherapist and have the certificate to prove it, but I still not convinced it actually works!)
