Does Self Hypnosis really work, and if so how do I do it?
mr9 1/2 asked:
I seen an article somewhere where someone said they hypnotized his self before, to quit drinking. I wanted to know how is that possible and how can I hypnotize myself?

Using hypnotherapy to deal with addictive habits is an advanced application of hypnosis. You might be able to do it with self-hypnosis - in general most people wanting to break a habit like drinking would benefit from working with a therapist.
Hope this helps
