The Mythbusters on Discovery Channel tackled self hypnosis and they discovered that most of the time it was useless. Grant remained sea sick, and Kari didn't grow or change anything. They found hypnosis worked for memory and for altering bad habits that had their origins on the mind, it didn't work for anything else. Really…think about it carefully…how could it possibly work? Really? discard the hype and think logically. It's impossible once you think the whole idea through. breast size has nothing to do with the mind:…it's genetics.
